A $25 Late Fee will be assessed on all accounts with dues not paid in full. (To avoid this fee, pay by November 4, 2019)
Tuesday, December 3, 2019
An additional $50 Late Fee ($75 total) applied to all accounts with dues and late fees not paid in full. (To avoid this fee, pay by December 2, 2019)

Suspension of Services on individual accounts & notification to their Designated REALTORS®. (To avoid suspension, pay dues and late fees by January 6, 2020)

Suspension of Designated REALTORS® (DR) who may still have delinquent dues amounts outstanding for any members affiliated with the DR. This will result in loss of services to all REALTOR® members affiliated with the Designated REALTOR®. (To avoid suspension all accounts of all REALTORS® affiliated with the Designated REALTOR® must be paid by February 10, 2020).

TERMINATION OF ALL Designated REALTORS® and other REALTORS® with delinquent dues and late fees. Reinstatement after March 3rd will require a new application and repayment of initial fees and dues amounts for 2020 will NOT be prorated. (To avoid termination, all dues and late fees of all REALTORS® affiliated with the Designated REALTOR® must be paid by March 2, 2020).
