Here’s How Incentive Program
- This program is to launch January 2024. Purpose is to encourage new REALTOR® Members* to attend all Here’s How courses within twelve months of taking the GBRAR Orientation (virtually or live) to help them start their business and feel confident and professional.
- Each new member will be given a tracking card on which they will put their contact information (i.e. name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- All “Here’s How” classes will be listed on the card, space for course completion dates, signatures of the instructors and staff signature.
- Upon completion, the new REALTOR® turns in the fully completed card to a GBRAR Staff person for verification. Once verified, a $50.00 credit will be applied to their account which will be coded as a partial refund of the New Member Initial Fee they paid when joining.
- The classes are: Here’s How: 1) The Role of the Buyer’s Agent, 2) Purchase Agreement, 3) Addendums and Forms 4) Role of the Listing Agent, 5) Marketing and Open Houses.
*REALTOR® Members who completed orientation in 2024 and paid the $300 initial fee.
