Each year the GBRAR Commercial & Investment Division (CID) takes applications for the Gary Louis CID/CCIM Scholarship.   This scholarship is given annually to a commercial REALTOR® who has an interest in furthering their education as a commercial real estate broker/agent  Since 2007, the  annual scholarship has given in memory of Gary Louis, a loved and respected commercial REALTOR® who was instrumental in the establishing the scholarship program.
