The features field has been added to the MLS default search for the Rental category.
This field allows you to search by the features of a listing. For example, if your client is looking for a pool you can include “Pool” in the must have blank and then click search. The search will return all listings that have “Pool” as a listed feature.
Where to find the new filed:
click on Search and then on Rental:
The new field will appear at the bottom of the screen:
