Have a client interested in investing in Qualified Opportunity Zone (OZ) properties, or have a listing within an OZ?
Our new Opportunity Zone search feature is simple to use, so searchers can quickly and easily find these niche properties.
When searching within the LACDB, you can now filter OZ properties with a simple checkbox. To do so, just mark the checkbox “In Opportunity Zone” on the main search page.
If you have a listing in an OZ, you don’t have to do anything. Properties are automatically flagged as “In Opportunity Zone” if they are located geographically within the boundaries of a designated Opportunity Zone.
